This is a fabulous German knife set. There are 2 slots in the block for future knives. As per the legend in photos, there is 15 knives plus the block, for the total of a 16 piece set. We do not always know if our items come from a smoking or pet friendly home. We do not always wash or clean items to avoid extra wear.
